Unfortunately nails cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and the customer is responsible for ordering the correct size, if you are unsure please order a sample sizing kit. 

All nail shapes and lengths vary in size, this means you will have to measure your nails or buy a sizing kit to find the correct size for you in the style you want to buy.

Follow my guide on how to measure your nails. When you have measured your nails convert the measurement into mm. Each product page shows the sizes for that particular set so please use this to find your sizes. You can then either select one of the prefix sizes S, M, L or select ‘Custom’ and leave your sizes in the ‘notes to seller’ section at checkout.
